Digital Heritage

The Digital Heritage & Memory Hub is a collaborative, community-led initiative focused on the preservation, digitization, and long-term protection of contemporary civic history, regional archives, and cultural memory.

As physical and digital historical records face the risks of displacement, data degradation, and erasure, our project serves as a secure digital repository. We process, structure, and preserve legacy records, community-led documentation, and cultural artifacts to ensure data integrity and open public access for researchers, historians, and future generations.

Governance & Operational Structure This initiative is managed by an independent volunteer working group of technical specialists, researchers, and archivists. Institutional, legal, and administrative framework for the project is provided by the Belarusian Representative Assembly (BRA), a non-profit corporation, as part of its broader mission to safeguard historical memory and civic infrastructure.
