Statement on Technical Interference Following Our Investigation
The Belarusian Representative Assembly operates as a non-profit organization dedicated to establishing a stable, secure, and transparent civic infrastructure for independent initiatives and community projects.
Recently, following the publication of our analytical report, “The Architecture of Digital Deception: Inside the Empire of Bot Farms and ‘Black PR'”, our technical monitoring systems identified an unauthorized intrusion targeting our digital archive (archive.dacha.work). Malicious actors executed a conditional search-engine redirect (SEO spam attack) attempting to compromise site integrity and divert public web traffic to external commercial vendors.
Thanks to our rapid technical response protocol, the malicious code was isolated, corrupted files were neutralized, and core system integrity has been fully restored. No internal database records or confidential project data were compromised.

The immediate timing of this attack right after our exposure of commercial bot farms and “black PR” operations is not a coincidence. It directly highlights how these malicious actors operate when exposed.
